SINULOG '20

     The Sinulog-Santo Nino Festival is an annual cultural and religious festival held on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City, and is the center of Santo Nino Catholic celebrations in the Philippines. We all celebrate by watching Sinulog Festival Parades, Sinulog Contests, and etc. I perhaps went to one of the famous malls which was SM City Cebu to experience the fireworks displayed in the evening I had a wonderful time and I actually took a photo of one of the fireworks from Ayala Center Cebu at exactly 9 pm in the evening. It was such a fun event to celebrate the Sinulog-Santo Nino Festival with your family. What made it more fun was the different types of preparations such as fireworks, parades and etc.

     Sinulog also was presented in our school which is Asian College Of Technology. Sinulog was presented on the same day as the Family Day 2020. It was performed in different departments such as, High school and Elementary. There were different festival queens during the performance which was from High school, Elementary and lastly a Teacher from the High school Department. They were all great festival queens.

     It was such a great event for all of us, for the people who lived in Cebu City and the foreigners who came to Cebu for the event. We all celebrate on January 19, 2020 for the Sinulog Festival. We used mostly common used dance steps for the Sinulog in Asian College of Technology. Elementary and High school department performed separately in the Sinulog Dance. I had so much fun.
